MI-Works! Partner Services – Our partner Washtenaw County ETCS provides job counseling and resumereview services. You can also submit a resume to the Michigan TalentBank, and can search for jobs on this State-wide system. CEW – The Center for the Education of Women provides a number of GREAT SERVICES for men and women. They offer free counseling that covers the following topics: Goals clarification, Feedback on resumes/coverletters/applications, How to start a job search, Educational goals, How to return to college or graduate school, Work/life/family/balance issues.
